How We Work
We keep things simple and transparent.
Quotes & Booking: You will get a clear written quote. A 50% deposit secures your job booking, with the balance due once the job’s complete
Cancellations: You can cancel up to 3 days before and get a full refund of your deposit. After that, deposits are non-refundable
Access: We need electricity, running water, and nearby parking. We don’t take bookings for flats above the 2nd floor without lift access in tenements
What’s Included: Professional cleaning products and equipment are provided. Carpet cleaning, outdoor areas, or small content removal can be added by agreement
Travel: No extra charge within Edinburgh city. Travel outside the city or overnight stays (for longer bereavement cleans) are discussed case by case
Insurance: We’re fully insured and follow NHS-level hygiene and cross-contamination standards and use products with no harmful residue
