We can work with or without supervision at this challenging time to organise content,
respectfully declutter and deep clean in preparation for move-in or sale readiness.

We’ll respond promptly to confirm details and provide an estimate based on your needs. We normally expect a deep clean with content management to last two 7-9 work hour days, we are open to discount on the daily rate for bookings for more than 2 days. We bring our own products and equipment, included in the quote, but will need electricity, and running water at the property. Carpet cleaning is an additional labour and equipment hire fee, van hire for transporting content to disposal or donation is possible on request, hire fee would be additional charge.
There is no call out charge for jobs within Edinburgh city, travel will be an additional charge for bookings outwith the city. We are willing to travel further afield for multiday bookings to tend a property after a bereavement.

For the past ten years, I’ve trained staff in Facility Hygiene and cleaning operative skills for deep cleans and hospitality changeovers to maintain high-traffic environments. The Clean Place applies that same standard of skill, efficiency, and professionalism to every project we take on. We have a cleaning system that maximises grime and biofilm removal using a combination of degreasing, detergents and steam treatment. The cleaning products we bring have no toxic residues and are pet and child safe
We keep things simple and transparent.
Quotes & Booking: You will get a clear written quote. A 50% deposit secures your job booking, with the balance due once the job’s complete
Cancellations: You can cancel up to 3 days before and get a full refund of your deposit. After that, deposits are non-refundable
Access: We need electricity, running water, and nearby parking. We don’t take bookings for flats above the 2nd floor without lift access in tenements
What’s Included: Professional cleaning products and equipment are provided. Carpet cleaning, outdoor areas, or small content removal can be added by agreement
Travel: No extra charge within Edinburgh city. Travel outside the city or overnight stays (for longer bereavement cleans) are discussed case by case
Insurance: We’re fully insured and follow NHS-level hygiene and cross-contamination standards and use products with no harmful residue
Refunds & Issues: If you have any issues, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll always try to make it right
